Dr. Hilmy F. Ali, S.H., M.H., CLA., CTL

Mr. Hilmy joined SSP Law Firm as a Partner in 2016. In addition to his active practice as an Advocate, Mr. Hilmy is also licensed as a Curator and Administrator in Bankruptcy and PKPU. In the taxation field, Mr. Hilmy holds a license as a Tax Court Attorney based on the Decree of the Chair of the Tax Court No. KEP-322/PP/IKH/2021, which has been periodically renewed to date. He also holds a license as a Registered Legal Auditor at the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

His professional practice focuses on business civil law, bankruptcy and PKPU disputes, industrial relations disputes, tax disputes, and legal due diligence for companies.

In academia, Mr. Hilmy also actively dedicates his expertise as a lecturer teaching a range of foundational and advanced courses, including Criminal Procedure Law, Civil and Criminal Court Practice, Administrative Procedure Law, Bankruptcy and PKPU Law, Corporate Crime, Special Criminal Law, Legal Ethics, and Philosophy of Law.
