Dr. Soehartono Soemarto, S.H., M.Hum

Dr. Soehartono, more familiarly known as Pak Edy, is the Founder and Managing Partner of SSP Law Firm. He has been actively practicing law since 1981.

As a senior practitioner with more than 45 years of leadership, he has deep cross-disciplinary expertise covering Criminal Law, Civil and Business Law, Arbitration, Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property, Business Competition Law (KPPU), Bankruptcy and PKPU, Employment Law, and Administrative Law.

Alongside his professional advocacy practice, he is dedicated to academia as a lecturer in Civil Procedure Law, Administrative Law, and Legal Professional Ethics. The combination of mature practical experience and strong command of legal doctrine makes him the primary pillar for delivering strategic direction and high-integrity juridical leadership at SSP Law Firm.
